For 3+ years, I supported Starry Internet’s local and national sales teams by implementing integrated marketing campaigns that generated sales leads, shortened sales cycles, and drove revenue. I led monthly trainings to ensure cross-functional learnings were implemented and reporting was being shared.

I designed, managed, and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns such as email drip series, newsletters, affiliate marketing, direct mail, case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, webinars, and events.

At the onset of COVID, I was trying to find ways to generate sales leads for a field sales team who couldn’t be in the field.

Though a previously untouched demographic, I hypothesized that an apartment building’s residents might be able to unlock an apartment building’s decision-maker. By implementing a multi-channel B2C2B campaign, I generated a new lead source for Starry’s sales team. When I left Starry in 2022, the Resident Referral Program was the most successful B2B marketing campaign running.
