As the pandemic set in, my team and I needed to find creative ways to generate leads for a field team that couldn’t be in the field.

Though a previously untouched demographic, I hypothesized that an apartment building’s residents might be able to unlock an apartment building’s decision-maker. By implementing a multi-channel B2C2B campaign, I generated a new lead source for Starry’s field sales team. When I left, the Resident Referral Program was the most successful B2B marketing campaign to date.
